General description for the Individual Program
This program is intended for those who suffer from acute stress, burn-out and anxiety related disorders, including emotional and relational difficulties. It will also offer help to cope with psychosomatic illnesses and chronic pain. While not directly a therapy, Mindfulness gives us the tools to change our perspective on our ailments and manage them, so as to give us the opportunity to lead more fulfilling lives.
Compassion and self-compassion are vital parts of this program. The participant will have the opportunity to experience several practices from the teachings of Jon Kabat-Zinn (the creator of the Mindfulness movement), such as Mindful movements, Mindful stretching and Mindful walks in beautiful natural surroundings.
You will be guided by a mentor and life coach. Using the tools of consciousness and movements, you will embark on a personal journey to building a better relationship between your body and your mind, and an expansion of awareness from the bodily sensation to the environment.
General description of the Executive Program for 4-7 persons
The Executive Program is aimed for members of executive committees. Managers suffering from stress and pressure and looking for building up harmony and balance in its corporate culture. We will guide your team on the path of self-knowledge and recognition of their own emotions and stress management, which will undoubtedly help in the daily management of people.
This program is shorter and can be adapted to the company strategy and needs. Beyond the stress management and channeling emotions, this activity will help you to disconnect from routine, get to know each other better, improve your communication, to set new goals or celebrate the achievement of common objectives.
Jelena is our Art Therapist and also our program coordinator and she will help you in setting up the program by making previous meetings and questionnaires.
