Wellbeing is fundamental to our health and overall happiness. Having a strong and well-adapted sense of wellbeing can help us overcome difficulties, give us new energy and create a big difference in motivation and productivity, for example.This program has been designed for you to reconnect with your mind and body, giving you the opportunity to find your balance through mental strength and relaxation. You will practice activities that release your tensions and concerns - with sound bath therapies, mindfulness classes or yoga sessions, and therapeutic massages that will get your blood circulation smoothly running, and anxiety and stress levels reduced.

Green and authentic environments in the north of Tenerife
With its tranquility and authenticity, the north of Tenerife in the Canary Islands is the perfect location for a wellbeing break. The north is known for its green nature and breathtaking slopes and mountains, as well as its unique and impressive black sand volcanic beaches.

Mindfulness sessions in the morning

You will start your mornings with gentle stretching and a body scan, very smoothly with relaxed energy. By mentally scanning yourself, you bring awareness to every single part of your body, observing any pain, tension, or overall discomfort. The goal is to get to know and learn about your body, so that you can better manage it.

Therapeutic evening massages
You will be given therapeutic and relaxing Massages in the evening, to ease your tensions and feelings of stress. A perfect way to end your days relaxed and renewed.

About Location

Puerto de la Cruz is a city on the north coast of Tenerife, the largest of Spain’s Canary Islands. It’s known for its dark, volcanic-sand beaches and the huge Loro Parque zoo, which lies to the west. On the seafront, Lago Martiánez is a saltwater pool complex designed by architect César Manrique. The old harbor is home to a 17th-century customs house and Batería de Santa Bárbara, a crumbling 18th-century fort

4-star hotel accommodation in the green and relaxing Orotava valley
The program takes place in the 4-star hotel set in the green Taoro park, where you get some of the nicest views all over the city of Puerto de la Cruz and the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the Orotava valley where it is situated. The Taoro park is almost 100.000 square meters in size, and perfect for having walks, sit down and read a book, or do exercises in. The accommodation is close to beaches and vibrant downtown life with plenty of good restaurants, bars and shopping stores.

The hotel features balconies or terraces, the bright, rooms provide free Wi-Fi, flat screens, and minibars. All our rooms we offer have balconies or terraces with views at either the Atlantic Ocean and the city, or volcano Teide which is Spain´s biggest mountain, and the third biggest volcano in the world. Hotel amenities include the Yoga hall, fitness center, a tennis courts, and a heated outdoor pool in the hotel garden, perfect for reading a book and taking a siesta after a class of Yoga or Massage.
