The Relaxation Break has been designed for you to reconnect with your mind and body, and give you the opportunity to find your balance through mental strength and stress reduction. You will participate in activities that release your tensions and concerns, with sound bath therapies, mindfulness or yoga sessions, and pampering massages that will get your blood circulation smoothly running and make you feel reborn.
You will start your mornings with gentle stretching and a body scan, very smoothly with relaxed energy. By mentally scanning yourself, you bring awareness to every single part of your body, observing any pain, tension, or overall discomfort. The goal is to get to know and learn about your body, so that you can better manage it. In the afternoon and evenings, you will be given therapeutic and relaxing Massages, to ease your tensions and feelings of stress. A perfect way to end your days relaxed and renewed.
The destination is the green and authentic northern part of Tenerife, known for its tranquility and authenticity on the island. This is where most of the local people live and the Canary culture is at present, in contrary to the touristic south of the island. We consider the north of Tenerife the ideal location for a wellbeing break, especially in European autumn and winter months where the temperature and weather feels like a constant spring where the sun warms your skin, but you still feel the freshness of the air.
How to reach us?
We include airport transfer from the two airports on the island:
Tenerife North airport (TFN) - about 20 to 30 minute drive to accommodation
Tenerife South airport (TFS) - roughly one hour drive to accommodation
