Welcome to Tenerife South and a wellness holiday program that will give you a balanced flow of activities needed to focus on yourself, while enjoying the comfortable winter sun on these African latitudes, the beautiful beaches surrounding the island, the exotic, desert-like landscapes with magical sunsets and sunrises, but most of all to relax at your own pace and let our lovely hosts take care of you and guide you through Meditation, Yoga and Wellness sessions throughout your stay!
In this program you have the option to join us for a short break program of 5 days, which fits perfectly for those in need of a prolonged weekend for example, or a whole week program which is recommended if you are looking to focus deeper on your wellness, mind-body connection and relaxation for your balanced and optimal wellbeing.
We will practice Yoga and Mindfulness in the mornings, and engage you in Wellness session activities or indulging Massages in the evenings. If you come for a whole week, we will include a whole-day hiking trip towards astonishing volcano landscapes, and meditate with spectacular nature and scenery around us.
You are able to start your program any date throughout the year!

This program includes airport transfer from the two airports on the island:
Tenerife North airport (TFN) - about 40 minutes from your hotel
Tenerife South airport (TFS) - about 10 minutes from your hotel
