Eli
Yoga, Pilates & Fitness Coach
Eli brings over 23 years of experience in personal training and holistic movement, guiding students toward strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Her approach integrates Pilates, yoga, stretching, and aqua gym techniques to create balanced, effective sessions that meet each client’s needs.
Eli believes Pilates is all about strengthening your core. “A strong core supports your spine, improves posture, and instills a sense of inner strength and confidence — all while sculpting your body,” she says. Her classes are designed to help students feel more aligned, energized, and empowered both on and off the mat.

Roberto
Mindfulness & Yoga teacher
Roberto is a meditation teacher who helps people around the world to relax, concentrate and find serenity through ancestral meditation techniques. He has been teaching for almost 10 years. After graduating from university in Italy and working in various types of jobs, Roberto began travelling through various continents, and during his time away from home he had what can be considered a spiritual awakening. Among the various trips, probably the most impactful and intensive experience was the one to India. It is no coincidence that the meditation pedagogy most frequently used by Roberto comes from yoga. Roberto currently lives in Tenerife (Spain), where he collaborates with the company Mbestcare to organise meditation retreats, helping people from all over the world.
Sara
Yoga & Mindfulness coach
Sara´s first encounter with Yoga was in 2005 in her hometown La Laguna in Tenerife. When she moved to Australia she began to attend classes regularly and building her interest and involvement in meditation and the physical practice of Vinyasa Yoga. Soon she learned that Yoga is so much more than a practice, but rather a way of life. After years of taking classes, she decided to go off in search of a deeper understanding of the meaning of it all. Sara´s journey to become a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher took her first to Bali, where she completed 200 hours of training in Ubud. Her next destination was the Rishikesh in India, the birthplace and Capital of Yoga, where she completed 300 hours of RYS. After travelling the world, teaching and receiving, learning and sharing, she is back in Tenerife, eager to share everything she has learned so far. She wants to show you how Yoga has inspired her and how it has dramatically changed the way she sees and lives her life. With a Bachelor´s in Economics, and a Master´s degree in Education, she never thought that she would become a Yoga teacher. But once you unveil the power within yourself, there are no limits. Yoga is about union, connection, compassion, light, love, and peace.
Marnix
Personal trainer
Marnix, a Belgian resident in Tenerife for over 20 years, has qualifications as Advanced Personal Trainer, Spinning Trainer, Indoor Walking Trainer and Bosu Balance Training.
During the past years he has specialized in long distances runs, participating successfully in several half marathons and extreme trials such as the Tenerife Blue Trail, the TransVulcania, the Las Palmas Ultra Trail Gran Challenge, the La Palma Ultra Marathon, and many more, and has collaborated with famous athletes such as Julián Martínez, Champion of Spain in 200m.l., preselected for the Athens Olympic Games 2004 and International Athlete of the Spanish National Team in championships like European Championship and Athletics World Cup.

Joanna
Certified Pilates Core and Nordic Walking trainer
My name is Joanna, but you can call em Joy. I was born in Poland. For as long as I can remember, I liked to change my place of stay. The passion for travel meant that I was constantly looking for new places, people, flavors, cultures. From the early years of adulthood, I fulfilled my travel dreams, also influencing my loved ones and friends. I visited dozens of countries. During one such trip I discovered the Canary Islands. After many searches, I finally found a place where I felt good. I decided to change something in my life and decided to go to Tenerife. I rejected the rush and pursuit of money, introducing more peace and harmony. I like being around people, helping them find their little happiness, even by being closer to nature and caring for their mind and body, so that they can live in harmony with themself. I am a certified Pilates Core and Nordic Walking trainer. I also put people in a good mood with the help of laughter yoga. As numerological 11, I believe it can be my life mission. Yoga teacher, Masseuse and Psychologist
Monika is a woman celebrating life. Woman, mother, psychologist, masseuse, and a Yogi. Professionally, she deals with the body through touch, movement and awareness. She has 15 years of experience as a Yoga teacher, teaching many yoga styles. Her favourite is functional yoga, a method that combines the timeless aspects of yoga with functional training. Since 2015, she has been working as a therapist, fascinated by the mind-body-emotions relationship, she uses methods such as Lomi Lomi Nui, Tantra, Reiki, Mindfulness, MER, Craniosacral Therapy or Aromatherapy. Monika works individually and conducts workshops of conscious work with the body.
Jelena
Psychologist & Art therapist
Jelena is a psychologist with more than 10 years of experience in people management, currently working as an HR manager and consultant. In addition to her professional career, she is passionate about art and has mastered various painting techniques. In MBestcare projects, she is the coordinator of the stress management programme and leader of the art therapy sessions.
Alain Bourguignon
Mindfulness & Chi-Kung Teacher
Therapist trained in Chinese Bioenergetic Medicine, Acupuncture, Tui-Na, and Medical Chi-Kung in Beijing, with additional studies at the Wudang Taoist Arts Academy.
He teaches in northern Tenerife, applying scientific knowledge about cellular energy, regeneration, and psychophysical balance.
Ideal for those seeking to manage stress and anxiety while naturally restoring vitality and inner harmony.
Ricardo Márquez
Psychologist
Psychologist and trainer specialized in stress management, personal development, and holistic well-being.
Graduated from the University of La Laguna, with advanced training in clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, and transformational coaching.
With more than 15 years of experience, he guides personal transformation and self-care processes through an approach grounded in health psychology, neuroscience, and conscious visualization.

Ilona Roznicka
Massage therapist and Gong Healer
Massage therapist and Gong healer, certified in 200- and 300-hour TTCs.
She has over ten years of professional experience, combining her work as a massage therapist, Kundalini and Vinyasa Yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner.
Having worked aboard cruise ships and private yachts around the world, she gained deep cross-cultural and self-awareness insights.
Trained in Thai Massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine, her work stands out for its sensitivity, precision, and holistic focus, integrating bodywork with energetic and sound-based practices.
