Roberto has practised yoga and meditation in several countries and in several languages. He obtained his certification in India. He uses various styles to meet the needs of each person interested in the practice. He teaches yoga and meditation classes at his centre in Santa Ursula (Tenerife). In the past he collaborated with various yoga centres, including Yoga Sutra Shala in Valencia (Spain). His classes range from deep stretching to muscle toning, from meditation to emotional healing. In such a stressful and competitive world, where most people are constantly worried about what is happening in the outside world, meditation becomes an indispensable technique.

Alain Bourguignon

Chi-Kung & Mindfulness Therapist

Alain Bourguignon has a degree in Chinese Bioenergetic Therapies from the Real Centro Universitario Escorial María Cristina and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Santiago de Compostela. He studied Acupuncture, Tui-Na and Medicinal Chi-Kung at the International Acupuncture Training Center in Beijing.He began his Chi-Kung studies in 1984 in France and England, and regularly travels to Thailand to follow the teachings of Taoist Master Mantak Chia. He has a diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Escorial University Center and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Santiago de Compostela (University Expert), advanced training in Acupuncture and Chi-Kung at the Beijing International Acupuncture Training Center and in Chi-Kung at the Wudang Academy of Taoist Arts.

Thomas Pilicer

Forest Therapist

Thomas Pilicer is a Japan-certified Forest Therapist. He is a strong advocate for the practice of Forest Therapy in preventing lifestyle-related diseases and its application to rehabilitation. He also believes that promoting a stronger bond with nature is key to a healthier society and a sustainable planet.Thomas operates a Forest Therapy Center surrounded by a protected forest in the north of Tenerife, where he gives Forest Therapy sessions and well-being activities while providing a platform to promote other practices close to his heart such as natural farming and rewilding.

Eva Machado Hernández

General Health Psychologist

Eva is specialized in neurosciences and scientific communication. Specifically, she uses the understanding of how the brain works under chronic stress, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, addictions, grief, major mental disorders, among others to help the brain through its own mechanisms and resources to regain cognitive flexibility, emotional adjustment, and attentional self-regulation.

At the methodology level, she offers a series of tools that are adapted to the needs and processes of each person, which allow working in depth as well as on specific aspects in an efficient way. An important branch of her work consists of working on the connection between the body and the mind through meditation, designing specific programs that respond to the needs of specific conditions, and other more general ones to deal with the problems derived from the current intoxication and social pressure we live today.

Raquel Marín


Raquel Marín is a neuroscientist and professor of Physiology. She received her doctorate in Biomedicine from the Laval University of Quebec and spent part of her professional career at the Rockefeller University (USA). She has devoted her life to scientific research, in particular to diseases of the brain regarding aging and to nutrients for brain health. She has an extensive scientific bibliography and has also devoted part of her activity to the scientific communication of brain health. She is the author of 127 international scientific publications and has been a guest speaker at more than forty international conferences.

Sara Garrido Delgado

Yoga and Meditation teacher

Sara´s first encounter with Yoga was in 2005 in her hometown La Laguna in Tenerife. When she moved to Australia she began to attend classes regularly and building her interest and involvement in meditation and the physical practice of Vinyasa Yoga. Soon she learned that Yoga is so much more than a practice, but rather a way of life. After years of taking classes, she decided to go off in search of a deeper understanding of the meaning of it all. Sara´s journey to become a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher took her first to Bali, where she completed 200 hours of training in Ubud. Her next destination was the Rishikesh in India, the birthplace and Capital of Yoga, where she completed 300 hours of RYS. After travelling the world, teaching and receiving, learning and sharing, she is back in Tenerife, eager to share everything she has learned so far. She wants to show you how Yoga has inspired her and how it has dramatically changed the way she sees and lives her life. With a Bachelor's in Economics, and a Master's degree in Education, she never thought that she would become a Yoga teacher. But once you unveil the power within yourself, there are no limits. Yoga is about union, connection, compassion, light, love, and peace.

Gilberto is a Doctor of Medicine and a specialist in Radiation Oncology. He is the national coordinator of the integrative Oncology working group of SEOR (Spanish Society of Radiation Oncology), and Vice President of the Spanish Federation of Integrative Medicine.He has been a teacher at the University of La Laguna, a teaching collaborator, given official courses, a speaker at round tables, conferences, courses, has conducted dozens of National and International Medical Communications, and attended more than one hundred medical training courses, with training centers in the University of Navarra and University of La Laguna.Integrative Medicine incorporates the best of conventional medicine with the use of complementary therapies of proven scientific efficacy.
