Sara´s first encounter with Yoga was in 2005 in her hometown La Laguna in Tenerife. When she moved to Australia she began to attend classes regularly and building her interest and involvement in meditation and the physical practice of Vinyasa Yoga. Soon she learned that Yoga is so much more than a practice, but rather a way of life. After years of taking classes, she decided to go off in search of a deeper understanding of the meaning of it all. Sara´s journey to become a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher took her first to Bali, where she completed 200 hours of training in Ubud. Her next destination was the Rishikesh in India, the birthplace and Capital of Yoga, where she completed 300 hours of RYS. After travelling the world, teaching and receiving, learning and sharing, she is back in Tenerife, eager to share everything she has learned so far. She wants to show you how Yoga has inspired her and how it has dramatically changed the way she sees and lives her life. With a Bachelor's in Economics, and a Master's degree in Education, she never thought that she would become a Yoga teacher. But once you unveil the power within yourself, there are no limits. Yoga is about union, connection, compassion, light, love, and peace.
