These are the general terms and conditions for MBestcare, which apply if no other information is specifically given.

Booking policy

The contract between the customers and MBestcare is binding for the customer, when he or she has paid the deposit for a trip. Upon receipt of the deposit, the booking is binding for MBestcare. By paying the deposit, the customer accepts the terms and conditions applied, together with the invoice and other written information provided by MBestcare. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that all booked services are accurate, and if differences are found between confirmed and booked information, it is the customers responsibility to immediately inform MBestcare for corrections to be made in the booking. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand the travel itinerary and design of the program before making a booking with MBestcare, as well as it is the responsibility of the customer to book a trip within personal physical and mental abilities.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the costumer
MBestcare is entitled to keep a reasonable amount of the deposit payment, to cover any expenses incurred as a result of the customers cancellation.
In case the customers cancels his/her trip, the following cancellation charges apply:

* If the customer cancels the trip 14 days and less before the trip starts, he/she will be able to use the deposit as a store credit for future reservations with MBestcare, within 1 year from the original starting date of the trip, if notification is given more than 3 weeks beforehand.

No-Shows
MBestcare does not have any responsibility for unused services and no-shows. If the customer is not present at the starting time of a specific activity or excursion, such as if arriving with delayed flights, cannot fly out due to lack of travel documents, or any other reasons that the customer has in failing to attend any booked service, then MBestcare does not take any responsibility. and has the right to charge the full price for the unused services.

Transfers of a booking
If the customer is not able to join the booked services, MBestcare agrees that the customers booking can be transferred to another person. MBestcare must be noticed at least 3 weeks in advance, prior to the starting date of the booking.

Cancellation by MBestcare
In the unlikely even that MBestcare has to cancel the customers booking for no fault of the customer, then MBestcare will notify the customer as soon as possible, and compensate the full amount as a result of cancellation. The customer has the right to change the booking for another one if he/she wishes to do so (and if MBestcare can provide an alternative booking), and the difference in price will be refunded to the customer, if the new booking is at a lower price than the one that was cancelled.

Payments

The bookings include all mentioned services as stated in the program descriptions under Included and Not included. A minimum of 30% of the full price will be charged as a deposit upon booking, with final payment to be paid no later than 7 days before the arrival day of the booking. For bookings made less than 7 days before the starting date, the full amount must be paid immediately at the time of booking. Failing to pay the full amount before the arrival day, MBestcare reserve the right to cancel the booking, and cancellation fees apply.

MBestcare accepts Bank transfer using IBAN and SWIFT/BIC and PayPal.

When making a reservation with MBestcare, you will be asked to complete a form online. In doing so, you will agree that MBestcare will be able to use the information provided in order to contact you through phone and email during your stay, evaluate your needs for the booked program, and inform you of details about your booking. We will also evaluate the information given to improve our services in the future.We will also communicate with you for customer service, and provide you with updates and other information relating to new offers, and for marketing and promotional purposes.

Log Files
MBestcare follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics.
