This Stress and Emotion Management Program is a private, scientifically grounded intervention designed for individuals experiencing high levels of stress, burnout, or emotional overload, including CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals with demanding responsibilities.
Developed according to the MBestcare Method, the program combines Mindfulness, Chi-Kung (Qigong), Stress Management Coaching, therapeutic bodywork, and neurophysiological recovery techniques. Participants follow a structured process aimed at restoring cognitive clarity, emotional stability, and autonomic balance.
The program takes place at the Hotel Tigaiga, a serene environment surrounded by subtropical gardens, offering ideal conditions for mental decompression, introspection, and deep physical restoration.
